Kona Aggressor: November, 2008
With inquisitive humpback whales, mysterious lava tubes, undulating rainbows of fish and soaring manta rays, the Big Island of Hawaii’s western coast offers the chain’s finest diving. There are over 90 miles of pristine coral gardens, caves, arches, bommies and huge craters, which are teeming with an abundance of marine life.
How can a diver explore it all in just a few days? The answer is simple: A seven-day adventure aboard the 80-foot floating dive resort, Kona Aggressor II. This intimate, luxurious power catamaran, which caters to only ten divers, offers the ultimate way to swim face-to-face with Hawaii’s underwater natives such as spinner dolphins, humpback whales, green sea turtles, manta rays, octopi, frogfish and numerous species of butterfly fish.
The Kona Aggressor II is proud to have been named a Handicapped Scuba Association-approved barrier-free dive yacht --and the first liveaboard to receive this rating. This trip will fill well in advance. Since this trip can include dives below 60 feet and this exceeds the recommended depth limit for Open Water certified divers, our trip guidelines ask that you always dive within your experience level. Training fees are additional. For more information, call us at (703) 263-0427.
