Millbrook Quarry

This is our local dive spot. For those who don't wish to travel it is very convenient. This quarry is located just outside Haymarket, Virginia, about 30 minutes from the shop.

• Dives begin at 8:00 am both Saturday and Sunday and end around 2:00 pm. This site is remote and you must bring in everything you need, nothing is available there.

Conditions vary depending on weather but the water temperatures are as follows:

• Spring (open April of each year): Surface temperature 58 to 60 degrees, at 30 feet it is 10-15 degrees colder.
• Summer: Surface temperature 68 to 76 degrees; at 30 feet it is ten degrees colder.
• Fall: Surface temperature 70 to 76 degrees, at 30 feet it is five degrees colder.
• Visibility varies season to season but average is 10 feet in spring and summer and up to 30 feet in the fall.
